There are no packages to choose between and no features held back. Every club gets the complete GarageMasterApp platform, and the only thing that changes is the annual rate per member. Rates are shown annually but billed pro-rata each month.

Members with their own subscription do not count toward your club fee
If a member already holds a personal GarageMaster subscription, they are excluded from your club’s per-member count. The more members who subscribe personally, the lower your club’s annual cost becomes.

Billed pro-rata each month, based on your active members
Although rates are shown annually, clubs are billed on a pro-rata monthly basis using the number of active members on the app as at the 1st of each month. Members who hold their own GarageMasterApp Pro subscription are excluded from that count.
Example: a club with 60 members on the app, 15 of whom have a personal GarageMaster Pro subscription, is billed for 45 members: 45 × $2 = $90 for that month.

How do the per-member pricing tiers work?
Your club pays a single rate for each active member, and the rate is set by your club size. Clubs under 100 members pay $24 per member per year, clubs with 100 to 250 members pay $18, and clubs over 250 members pay $12. Every tier includes the complete platform.
Rates are quoted annually but charged pro-rata each month, so the equivalent monthly rates are $2, $1.50, and $1 per member.
What happens if a member buys a personal subscription?
Members who hold their own GarageMaster Pro subscription are excluded from your club’s billable member count, which lowers your club’s monthly charge.
Example: a club with 60 members on the app, 15 of whom have a personal GarageMaster Pro subscription, is billed for 45 members: 45 × $2 = $90 for that month.
Do clubs need to move all members at once, or can they onboard gradually?
You can onboard gradually. Many clubs start with the committee or a smaller group of members and add the rest over time. Because billing is monthly and based on active members, you only pay for the members who are actually on the app.
How is the member count calculated?
The count is taken on the 1st of each month and includes the members who are active on the app at that point, excluding any members with their own GarageMaster Pro subscription. That count sets the charge for the month, so it adjusts automatically as members join or leave.
How do clubs manage billing and payment processing?
Membership and event booking proceeds are collected directly by each club or organizer into their own Stripe or PayPal account. Your club’s own GarageMaster fee is charged separately on a pro-rata monthly basis from the member count taken on the 1st of the month.
What support is available for onboarding and data migration?
If you are onboarding gradually a few members per month, you simply ask them to get the GarageMasterApp on their phone and to join the Club in the app. Your club secretary can gradually add as much extra data for each member as required. If however you are migrating all you members across, than support will be provided to import the data from a CSV file.
Can clubs adjust tiers or upgrade as membership changes?
Because the count is recalculated on the 1st of each month, your club moves to the applicable tier as it grows or shrinks without needing to renegotiate a plan.
How do clubs keep their existing systems updated?
It really depends on the number of members you are managing with GarageMasterApp and the other application you might be using. If you do not have a dedicated software system and manage your members in Excel files, you simply remove those members from those files and just manage them in GarageMasterApp. You can always generate a report or export your GarageMaster members to CSV files, that you can add with your externally managed excel files to create a combined list. If however you have other system, then you can either connect GarageMaster via API integration, or you can simply manually update the membership expiry date for those members you are also managing on GarageMaster.
